2026-2027 HOA Dues Payment
Our annual fees are $420 per lot whether they are developed or undeveloped (i.e. with or without a house). HOA Members who own multiple lots pay full rate ($420) for the first lot and half rate ($210) for the second lot.
Your assessment is due Nov. 30, 2026. Anyone who is late will be sent a reminder on Dec. 15, 2026. Late fees and interest will begin to accrue on Dec. 31, 2026, with a new bill being issued. Late fees are $25/month plus 10% interest of the owed amount. You can read more in our bylaws or by reviewing the Delinquent Assessment Policy
