Annual Dues Notice
The Greenbriar Farms HOA is now accepting annual dues online. You will receive an email and a letter with your invoice this week. You can pay online here.
Street Light Repair
Our street lights are maintained by Duke Energy Carolinas and we pay for them each month. If you spot a street light that needs to be repaired, please report this directly to Duke Energy using their map-based reporting system.
The HOA Board
The homeowners association board of directors is made up of five resident volunteers who serve staggered three-year terms.
